for 272 students (especially from the neighbour building
University of Applied Sciences Eisenstadt). All year round.
Single rooms, double rooms, single room flats, double room
flats. All rooms are equipped with shower, WC, telephone,
sat-TV-connections and Internet-connections. Big and
centrally situated communal kitchens. Special rooms for
disabled people.

Location: in the Technological centre
("Technologiepark") in the South of Eisenstadt, approx. 2,2

Universities: It's just a few steps to ...
1.) the University of Applied Sciences Eisenstadt
/ Fachhochschulzentrum Eisenstadt (neighbour building!
See the photo above: the student hostel is the building on
the left in front, the University of Applied Sciences is the
building on the right, behind). In close neighbourhood there
are companies offering practical trainings.
2.) the
University of Education in Burgenland / Pädagogische
Hochschule Burgenland. From summer 2008 this University
is in the "Technologiepark" next to the student hostel.
The Joseph-Haydn-Konservatorium is 3 km
away and can be reached by bicycle easily (or by the city
taxi of Eisenstadt with fixed rate).
Directly in the student hostel there is the Europahaus
Burgenland. This is an independent educational institute for European
topics, offering interesting events like
galleries, music and discussion evenings, lectures workshops
(normally in German language):

Public transport: Railway station (15 minutes walking distance, or only few minutes by bicycle),
