Rooms available: Accommodation
for 260 students, all year round or 10 months optional.
Single rooms, double rooms. All rooms are equipped with
telephone, internet and sat-TV-connections. All double rooms
are equipped with shower and WC. Single rooms: 3 people
share one shower and WC. Communal kitchens.

Location: Centrally situated, directly at the city
park „Augarten“ (Jogging ...), 10 minutes walking distance
to the historic first district of Vienna (shops, offices,
restaurants ...).
Schools/universities: 10 minutes by underground to
the Main University and the Juridicum, all universities
within easy reach.
Public transport: Tram 31 and Bus 5A just outside the
house. U2, U4, ring road trams 1 and 2 are only ten minutes
away.
In the house: Laundry, table tennis, music room with
pianino, study room, workshop room, sauna, TV-rooms with
satellite-TV, bicycle storages. |
