IMPACT

Project Goal

Increase the capacity of adult education organizations and NGOs to support neurodivergent and mentally vulnerable adults in mobility learning, providing structured pathways for social integration, self-empowerment, and employability.

Project Activities

The IMPACT project will implement a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training programme for educators, a pre-excursion co-development workshop, and pilot inclusive mobility experiences. It will develop a Mobility Planning Toolkit and an Online Resource Hub to support organizations. The project will establish an Expert Network, organize dissemination events, and host a final conference to share findings, promote inclusive mobility practices, and influence policy at multiple levels.

Target Groups

• Adult education providers, trainers, and facilitators who need more knowledge and tools for inclusive mobility learning.
• Mental health organisations, training NGOs, and inclusive sports initiatives that work with neurodivergent and mentally vulnerable adults but lack awareness or capacity to implement mobility programmes.
