WORICA
Women’s Rights and Inclusion through Collage Art
WORICA aims to enhance the soft and hard skills of vulnerable women aged 30–64 (with at least 40% having a migratory background) to strengthen their labour market and social inclusion while raising awareness of gender issues. The project uses creative upskilling and non-formal education in collage art to foster a sense of belonging, support personal development and provide skills that can be translated into labour market qualifications. Through a target-centred and collaborative approach, WORICA engages women in activities that address gender-related challenges and promote their social and economic participation.
