Austria based artist Birgit Schweiger created large scale paintings for the ground floor and designed wide parts of the staircases and the upper floors with her artworks. Moreover, the housemanagement will organize occasional contemporary art exhibitions at the event rooms.

For rooms on the 6th floor, a monthly surcharge of EUR 10.00 is added to the indicated use fees.
