International Networking

On the International and European Level, ÖJAB has a diverse Network. The Aim is to nurture the European Idea and to overcome Barriers.

KARAWANE 2000

ÖJAB is part of KARAWANE 2000, a union of organizations and associations networking and operating on the European level. It deals primarily with know-how sharing about projects for persons with disabilities and disadvantages and acts as a partner agency.

Vocational Education and Training for Europe – The EVBB

The BPI of ÖJAB is also represented in the "European Association of Vocational Training" (EVBB) and thus contributes to improving the quality of VET together with 55 educational institutions from 20 European countries as well as China, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Tunisia.

Steuergruppe Internationales

ÖJAB is part of Steuergruppe Internationales ("Internatinal steering group") of the Austrian Federal Youth Representation (BJV). Its members enrich each other by exchange of experiences regarding international projects and are being informed about planned global actions by the BJV.

PINOIR – Projuven International Network on Refugees

Since 2016, ÖJAB has been a member of the international network Projuven International Network on Refugees (PINOR) for migrants and refugees. It is an information platform about the topic of migration and integration.

YES FORUM

Furthermore, ÖJAB is a member of YES FORUM, a European network of organisations working with and for young people with fewer opportunities.

Above all, close contacts are maintained with the Vocational Training Center Augsburg by Lehmbaugruppe GmbH (BBZ) and the Internationaler Bund (IB), an association for the Youth, Social and Educational Work in Germany. There are plans for intensive cooperation in the form of youth projects with both German partners in the following years.
